My 15 year old daughter Sarah has wanted to be a missionary to Africa for many years. Her future goals are to become a nurse midwife and do medical missions in Africa if it is God's will for her life. After much prayer, we feel God is calling us to spend a couple weeks this summer spreading the gospel among the people of Malawi. Please pray for us as we prepare our hearts and minds for this mission trip. If God moves you to do so, please support our trip monetarily as well. The next paragraph gives more information on this mission trip. We may also be able to provide some veterinary medicine to the animals in the area we are serving if it is God's will.

The Lord is pouring out His Spirit and there is a great hunger for the gospel in Malawi. There are thousands of villages near Kasungu with no evangelical church. The pastors and church planters we work with are required to enroll and complete 127 hours of intensive Biblical training in one of our training centers. On this trip, we will will work with these church planters in targeted villages, sharing the gospel, discipling new believers, and helping start new churches. The experience is like stepping into the New Testament.
