Brazil is a FIELD and a FORCE. Brazilians are eager to have a close relationship with God through His Son Jesus Christ. The fields are ripe. In the same way Brazilians are eager to share with others about relationship that really transform lives. We will be working with a brand new (1 year old) local church starting the process of discipleship through small groups. They are excited to use I Am Second to reach their area for Christ and want to plant 1000 churches by 2020. There are middle class and lower classes open to the gospel. Even though there are some evangelical churches in the area, there is a lack of discipleship to have the believers mature in the area.

Kapoeta is the hub of activity for the Toposa people of South Sudan. The Toposa number about 750,000 and less than 2% have responded to the Gospel.  This is a rural area in great physical and spiritual need. We will travel to a nearby village mentoring new believers and helping them to prepare for leadership roles in their new church.

We will go with them to their unreached neighbors. Men, women and children will receive ministry. Translators help us to listen to their personal stories, share stories from the Bible and share our experiences of faith and hope in God. We will enjoy lively Toposa style worship and prayer.
